- The use of this web site, www.emporiumdropship.com, and the placing of orders for the supply of goods to your customer are subject to the following terms and conditions.
- If you do not accept these terms and conditions, or do not meet the criteria specified in section 2 below, then please do not use this web site.
- The terms and conditions may be revised at any time, and you should review these conditions from time to time.
1. You must be a trader or reseller, selling to the member of the public or other
2. You will be either a trader on ebay, amazon, have you own web site, other trading platform, party
planner, or through any other trading avenue.
3. All goods will be despatched to your customer's address, and not your own.
4. You will have registered with us for a dropship account and you will have been provided a
password to access the site.
5. If at any time, you have been found not to meet any of the above criteria. your account may be
cancelled without warning. Will you be subsequently notified buy the e-mail held on file.
3. Ordering
1. Items are ordered through our on-line checkout process. At the checkout process you can review
your order and make any amendments necessary.
2. If you provide a valid e-mail address, order acknowledgments will be sent to you via e-mail which
will detail the items ordered.
3. An order becomes binding when we despatch your goods to your customer.
4. Prior to despatch of your goods, we may notify you that the order cannot be accepted or you may
cancel the order.
5. Orders may be cancelled or refused (a) where goods are out of stock (b) where authorisation of
payment cannot be obtained (c) if you do not meet the criteria defined in these terms and
conditions.
6. Orders are accepted from anywhere in, and to, the world. However, certain items may be refused
for particular countries if the item is deemed unsuitable for that country (ie. smoking
paraphernalia to the USA, wheat bags to Australia and New Zealand, religion specific items to
inappropriate countries). Other scenarios may apply at our discretion, whereby we feel they may
be conficated by the customs of the destination country. This is to protect you, your
customer, and us from unnecessary wastage of cost.
4. Pricing
- Prices shown are in GB Pounds Sterling unless otherwise selected.
- Prices payable will be that displayed at the time of placing the order, regardless of subsequent changes.
- Prices displayed exclude delivery charges unless otherwise stated.
- Additional carriage charges may apply to certain regions for certain bulky goods.
- Prices displayed are exclusive of VAT (ie, VAT is added to all prices displayed).
- VAT is currently charged at 20%.
- VAT will NOT be charged where goods are despatched to your European Union customer who can supply us with a valid EU VAT Number. If the VAT number is deemed invalid via the Europa VAT Validation Web Site, we will charge VAT at 20%.
- VAT will NOT be charged where the goods are shipped to the Channel Islands, and destinations outside the European Union, or to a bona fide shipping agent who subsequently exports them outside the European Union (the latter will require you to prove that the Shipping Agent is registered for such action, and your shipping agent will need to provide us with a Certificate of Shipment). All goods despatched by us through our own couriers (Royal Mail, Parcel Force, TNT, Our Shipping Agents) will NOT require such evidence.
- For items 7. And 8. you are NOT required to be VAT registered, since we are.
- Payment in full is due prior to the despatch of any order.
- Payments can be made by credit or debit card, Paypal, cheque, postal order or BACS.
- Payments made by credit or debit card are processed through our Streamlime/Cardsave (part of RBS) merchant account. Payment is not complete until fully authorised by Streamline/Cardsave..
- Payments made by Paypal are made through the Paypal Express Checkout. Payment is not fully complete until fully authorised by Paypal.
- Payment by cheque, postal order or BACS is not complete until fully cleared in our bank.
- Payments made for goods not received due to goods not available or orders not accepted will be credited to either your credit card, paypal account or by cheque or postal order.
- No goods will be shipped until payment has been cleared. For immediate dispatch of goods you are advised to make payments by card or through paypal.
- Orders paid by BACS or by Cheque will not be shipped until payment has been cleared through our bank.
- Although every effort is made to ensure that all products available for purchase on this web site are in stock, we cannot guarantee immediate availability.
- We update our stock availability on a daily basis. However, items may go out of stock before our stock upload, and therefore cannot be held liable for any loss whatsoever by you if the item is no longer available.
- We endeavour to despatch your order within 24 to 48 hours. If we are unable to despatch your order within 7 days we will contact you with an estimated delivery date and the option to cancel your order.
- We will not be held liable for any loss or expense incurred due to our failure to meet an estimated delivery date.
- Orders may be cancelled prior to despatch of goods by e-mail to sales@emporiumuk.biz or by telephone. A full refund of payment will be made if already processed.
- If your customer is not fully satisfied with the goods they may return the goods with a full refund of payment. Goods must be returned in a re-saleable condition with all packaging intact.
- Goods may be exchanged with additional carriage charges.
- Shortages will be replaced at the discretion of the seller, otherwise the appropriate refund of payment will be made.
- We will incur all return carriage charges if the goods are faulty, received in an unsatisfactory condition, despatched in error, or mis-represented on our web site.
- You must notify us of your intention to return the goods by e-mail with 7 days of receipt of goods, and goods must reach us within 14 days of receipt of goods.
- Once returns have been received and processed by us, we will notify you by e-mail or telephone of your refund or exchange.
- Links to third party websites are provided for your convenience. We do not fully review all third party websites, and therefore do not endorse or make any representation about them. If you access any third party website from this site, you do so at your own risk.
- We endeavour to ensure that this website is available 24 hours a day and 365 days a year.
- However, we cannot be held liable if this website becomes unavailable for any period of time for any reason, due to maintenance or reasons beyond our control.
- We are committed to your security and privacy.
- The contract for the sale of goods between emporium and the dropshipper are subject to and governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute arising in connection with these terms and conditions are subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
- We do not guarantee that any product for sale on this website is appropriate for sale or use outside the United Kingdom. If you do dropship any products from this website for sale outside the United Kingdom, you are liable to confirm that they comply with the local laws of the destination country. We will provide advice, where possible, upon request.
