1. Will our customers know who Emporium are ? Will your name appear on any documentation. ?
We send all dropship items incognito. The delivery note is automatically generated by us with your name and address as the supplier and your customer's name as the recipient. Our name does not appear on the delivery note Most dropship parcels are despatched by a contract account with Royal Mail whereby no reference to us appears on the package. If parcels are despatched by a contract parcel courier, such as Parcel Force, Home Delivery Network or DHL, then our name and address will appear on the courier consignment label only which is unavoidable by our terms of contract with the courier.

2. Do you contact our customers ?
As a matter of principle, we do not. However, as of to date, none of our dropshipees have provided us with their customer's e-mail address. So the issue has never arisen. We have the address but we leave the customer relations to you.
