This page contains all the information about shipping and delivery.
Our shipping rates are based on the packed weight of each item, which is shown for each item. The rates for multiple items are calculated simply by adding the packaged weight for each item. The shopping cart will automatically do this.
Be sure to select the correct delivery method for the item and where it is going to so that you pay the correct postage.
You should also select the correct country, default is United Kingdom, although this option will not affect the postage. It's purpose is for tax calculations.
COURIERS
We use the the following reputable couriers to depatch your goods.
Royal Mail: All packages under 2kg.
Parcel Force (part of Royal Mail): Most packages over 2kg, to the UK, Europe, and Worldwide.
TNT: Packages over 2kg to many worldwide destinations outside the EU which are more competitive
than Parcel Force.
Specialised Shipping Agents: All packages over 2kg to specialised destinations, under circumstances
where Parcel Force and TNT, cannot compete.
